Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas....
But I've been in Japan for almost 6 years and experienced this type of cold in California, when I lived there for a year. So, I'm used to it.
So, have any of you heard of this song, "Its Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas"? It's actually a name of a very famous carol from 1951. But it can only mean Christmas is here... coming! Its my favorite time of the year!!! In America, I can see Christmas lights, make pumpkin pie, and of course SALES, SALES, SALES--which means a lot of shopping for me. I also love watching Christmas specials on TV; my favorite is called "Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer" which is quite an old clay-mation version of this very famous reindeer. I used to watch it every single year since I was in elementary school and still do even though I'm an adult. Please free to watch it with your children if you wish right here:

It also means hearing a lot of Christmas carols. Do you know any Christmas carols--I'm sure you do? Christmas carols are songs that are related to Christmas. A few of my favorite ones are "Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer" and "Frosty the Snowman."

Please watch them with your children, if you wish. I enjoyed them when I was a child, hope yours will too. Hope everyone will have a great Christmas season!
